Glegg L Watson / Chairman

Glegg L. Watson is Chairman of Greystone Capital Partners. Mr. Watson is a recognized corporate leader in diversity, having co-authored the best-selling book Black Life in Corporate America : Swimming in the Mainstream: a 1982 non-fiction best seller based on research which focused on gender and racial experiences in the Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Watson was Vice-president Public and Urban Affairs for Xerox Corporation. His experience also includes positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, the Washington Post, Yale University's School of Management. Mr. Watson has served on the Board of Trustees of Howard University, Lincoln University, University of the West Indies, North Carolina A&T State University, Barber-Scotia College, Bennett College and Benedict College. He has also been the recipient of several awards, recognition and honorary degrees.

He holds a bachelors degree in Political Science and Economics from Howard University and an MPA from Syracuse University/Cornell University. He has also completed the Executive Educational programs at the Kennedy and Business Schools at Harvard and all the course work for his doctorate (ABD) in Public Policy and Urban Education.

He is a graduate of Howard University from which he holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance.

Marcus K Richards / Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Richards is the Founder of Greystone and also serves as a Managing Director. He brings more than a decade of investment banking and financial advisory experience to the firm having specialized in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring with a variety of global financial institutions. Mr. Richards' has originated, structured and/or executed transactions for companies in the USA, Latin America, Australia, Europe and the Caribbean. Immediately prior to the build-out of Greystone, Mr. Richards served as a Director in the Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led a team that specialized in corporate finance, project finance, mergers & acquisitions and transaction services. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Richards Co-Founded Titan Capital, a boutique strategic and financial advisory firm based in the Caribbean. He began his career in financial services at JPMorgan Securities advising on a variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructuring, recapitalizations and debt & equity financing.

He is a graduate of Howard University from which he holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance.

Ervil G. Spencer / Director

Mr. Spencer is a senior investment banking professional with an extensive track record in leveraged finance, acquisition financing transactions and debt restructuring. His expertise crosses a number of industries including telecommunications, cable, media, industrials, and data centers. With almost 10 years of experience on Wall Street, Mr. Spencer has completed 52 leveraged finance transactions raising approximately $14 billion in capital for corporate clients.

Additionally, he has advised clients on 15 debt restructuring transactions affecting over $4 billion of leveraged debt serving as a lead negotiator with creditors in the leveraged debt markets in the U.S. He has a proven track record in business development, as evidence by his key role in building the data center investment banking practice at TD Securities.

Mr. Spencer has advised clients throughout North America and Latin America. He holds a BBA from Pace University, summa cum laude, and he obtained his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is also a certified public accountant.
